  • We do our best to ship all items the same day. If the order is placed after 3:00PM PST, your order will ship on the following business day. Occasionally back-orders do occur, we do our best to contact you if there is a back-order situation. If we do not contact you, please call us at 877-833-4110 and we will be able to give you other options or an ETA for your item. Free shipping offer is only good for the Continental US. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Virgin Islands will be processed by our reps and then you will be called with a shipping quote.

  • Power supplies and other electronic items come with a 30 day manufacturer warranty. Please call us for warranty claims 877-833-4110.

  • Return Policy
  • We will gladly accept returns of any unused and unopened products within 14 days of receipt of the items. We do not accept returns of needles, ink, or other sterilized products. Mistakes happen, and if we make a mistake and ship the wrong item, we will gladly reship the correct item, along with a return label for the wrong item. or you can buy it at a reduced price.

  • Our shop is open weekdays 8:00am to 5:00pm PST. After hours, please call us at 562-567-2591 and leave a message.

  • Miscellaneous
  • Prices on this website are subject to change without notice. If we do not have the item in stock at the time of purchase, we will do our best to send it out as soon as possible. You will be notified of any backorders. Occasionally, if we have not stocked a product in a while, the price may change and we will not be able to honor the website price.
